2. Serviced Apartment

Fully inclusive of ALL costs and ready to move in with everything provided: (same as a 5* Hotel)

In addition to the above costs include: Electricity, Water, Rates, TV License, weekly clean and bedding/linen change

In addition to the above facilities include: Plasma TV, DVD, bedding, linen, all kitchen utensils/pans etc...

Costs are £1495 p.c.m. serviced and £1295 p.c.m. self serviced.

You can reserve the apartment with a £200 non-refundable deposit, using PayPal. The rental is one month deposit and monthly in advance which is due no later than 7 days prior to your booking.
